Lamaze 6 Healthy Birth Practices Course - $100

Postpartum Planning Class - $49

Plan for the 4th trimester with this postpartum planning course. We cover physical and emotional changes in postpartum- what's normal and what needs medical attention and additional support. Learn how to plan ahead of time for this transformational period. 

FREE Quarterly Workshops- Donuts With the Doula 

Attend these complimentary workshops to gain valuable insights on birth and postpartum care. Enjoy refreshments while learning practical tips and tricks to make the most of this pivotal life stage.

FULL BIRTH DOULA SERVICES -STARTING AT $2000

This is a full support package 

• Free consultation- Let's chat to see if we are a good fit for each other 

• Text/phone/email support- You can reach out to me with questions or concerns. I will also regularly check in and send helpful information along the way. 

• On call for you at 38-42 weeks gestation (can be adjusted for special circumstances)

• 2 prenatal visits (1-2 hours each)- During these in-home visits we'll discuss your desires, fears, and any other concerns while providing valuable information to best prepare you for birth.

• FREE access to my monthly Lamaze online 6 Healthy Birth Practices childbirth education course - these monthly evidence based classes are held on Saturday mornings. I recommended taking the class no later than 36 weeks. 

• Unlimited Labor and delivery support during active labor and immediate postpartum support 1-2 hours after birth

• Postpartum visit within 1 week of birth - This in-home visit gives you a chance to discuss your birth experience, ask any questions, and request any additional support or outside resources you may need

• Travel fee added if your home is located more than 25 miles outside greater Columbus area 

LABOR ONLY DOULA SERVICES -STARTING AT $1400

This is for those that do not need the prenatal visits or education and would just like me to attend your birth

• Free consultation- Let's chat to see if we are a good fit for each other

This is for those who prefer not to have a doula present at your birth but would like the education, prenatal visits and support
